Square1 Comms Launch PHS Direct

The service is called PHS Direct ( Pet Health Service )

This is a live 24 hr vets at home help & advice service. The service is fully staffed by fully qualified Veterinary Nurses that offer a range of Pet Heath Advice and help to the public.

The service will be launched on the 1st of December 2009 by Animals at home. Animals at Home have worked with Square1 on developing the service and platform and after extensive regulatory checks & copy advice PPP have granted prior permission for the service.

The service will run on Square1's new i-Chat platform providing a fully automated call handling service for all remote home worker veterinary nurses. The service also comes with Admin and operator web portal access giving a vast range of reports including real-time earnings for operators. Square1 will be looking to add sms, e-mail and video to the platform in the coming months to allow the users to communicant with the Veterinary nurses in a variety of ways with a variety of payment methods including Credit Card.

The i-Chat platform was launched in Liverpool at the Telemedia 360 event and we have since then signed up 5 new clients for this platform including Technical support, Legal advice, Psychic and also the launch of our clients PHS Direct service. New clients have commented on the flexibility of the platform and the in-depth reporting available as one of the key reasons for choosing the platform as the solution for their business.
